If you haven't already seen it on our Facebook page, SG Fabrics have just released a new video ad that's currently doing the rounds on social media.
We kept things light hearted for our first ever digital ad, poking some fun at the interior design world's infamous karate chop cushion! For those of you who don't know what that is - it's the obsession with plump scatters, perfectly arranged with a neat "chop" right down the middle to give a perfect fold.
Shot 2 weeks ago in Cape Town, we recruited actor Pieter to put his best foot forward and test out his own karate chopping skills on a line up of unruly scatters from new collection Rocco.
The idea behind little video is simple, Pieter, our interior designer is preparing himself for a dinner party when the doorbell rings. On the way to the door to greet his guests, he notices flat scatters sitting atop his couch, the sight of which evokes his inner ninja - ha-ya!
